What Data We Collect
This site does not collect personal data automatically beyond what standard web server logs record (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and time of access). These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes only.
If you use the contact form on the homepage, the following data you submit voluntarily is processed: name, phone number, and email address. This data is used only to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.

This site uses a single functional cookie to record your cookie consent preference (rbg_cookie_consent). No tracking or analytics cookies are set. No third-party cookies are introduced by this site.

Legal Basis

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are permanently deleted. Server access logs are retained for 30 days.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase personal data we hold about you. You may also object to processing or request restriction. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@rosebankgoods.eu. We will respond within 30 days.
